…is a partnership of independent producers of cutting edge new music with high profile cultural organisations. The first edition is currently taking place in London with 8 exciting partner organisations: BFI, Big Chill, Longplayer Trust, Roundhouse, Serpetine Gallery, Sound and Music, Southbank Centre and Tate. Since May 2009, 8 producers have been collaborating with these organisations on productions of new music: on this blog they will update you on their progress and what they have learnt form their partnerships. New Music Plus… is developed by the PRS Foundation in association with the hub, supported by Arts Council England, the Cultural Leadership Programme and Sound and Music.
